For those who need a well-considered layout solution and a basic spatial concept.

- Demolition and partition installation plan
- Layout options with furniture placement, overall dimensions and ergonomic clearances
- Reference images for the key zones
Basic Project
2,500 ₽/m²
The optimal format for complete working project preparation.
- Everything from the Sketch Project
- Complete set of working drawings for the builders
- Demolition and construction plans, openings, floor and ceiling layouts
- Engineering plans: electrics, lighting scenarios and plumbing layout
- Wall elevations and unfolded wall views
- Finishing materials schedule
Optional: 3D visualization or conceptual room collages (added to the project by agreement).
Full Project
8,500 ₽/m²
Maximum project development with author's supervision of implementation.
- Everything from the Basic Project
- Author's supervision of construction works
- Regular site visits to check that the works follow the drawings
- Consulting the crew and promptly updating the project
- Coordination of related contractors
- Procurement
- Review and control of items chosen by the client
Optional: “Joint selection and purchasing” (+10% of the bill) — joint visits, selection of materials and furniture, approval of technical specifications, delivery tracking, with all of the designer's partner discounts passed on to the client.
